Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

As our new Electrical Team Lead, you will bring your leadership skills, professional engineering background and passion for sustainable energy into play as you will contribute to the further development of one of Denmark’s strongest technical environments within electrical solutions.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day activities in the team and provide visible, tangible leadership.
  • Support employees in projects with coaching and guidance
  • Lead the continues competence development of employees in the team though our Performance and Development Process
  • Participate in the recruitment process of new team employees.
  • Contribute to the development of the departments and the disciplines business plan and implementation into the department and teams.
  • Develop and build relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and optimise the services and lead the process for optimising engineering solutions to meet current and future market and client demands.
  • Act as a Electrical Lead Engineer and Project Manager on own projects

These include:

  • A Bachelor or Master within electrical engineering
  • Several years of documented experience in electrical design within P2X, power generation, offshore wind or similar industries
  • Significant project management experience and preferable also some experience with people management
  • Leadership skills in terms of identifying and developing talent, setting the direction for teams and managing performance.
  • The ability to establish good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to motivate and mentoring your team.
  • A good commercial understanding.
  • International experience and experience in working across cultures and countries
