WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR…

You are a professional when it comes to electrics as well as plant and system support. You make sure that all systems and equipment in the hotel are running and that the necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out. Even if something is not working properly in the guest rooms, you are immediately on the spot to fix the problem. Your technical skills enable you to find solutions quickly and competently.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all technical and electrical equipment and facilities, such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity and sanitary facilities, function properly.
• Your duties also include carrying out repairs and maintenance work on technical and electrical equipment and facilities as well as inspections of safety equipment.
• You will use your broad technical knowledge and manual dexterity to repair damage and perform repairs where possible
• You make regular inspection rounds through the building and the technical installations
• You check the guest rooms for technical damages and repair them
• You cooperate professionally with external companies/maintenance firms
• You communicate damages and problems with your superiors to find solutions
• You support the hotel teams with all technical, electrical & craft challenges
