COULD YOU JOIN OUR TEAM?
Sunseeker International are seeking an accomplished Electronic Systems Technician to join our Test Team in Poole, Dorset.
As an expert in AV/NAV systems, you will work to ensure that Audio Visual, Navigation, lighting systems and onboard Ethernet networks are installed, configured and commissioned correctly against the appropriate specifications and drawings. Your work will see you operate within the FPC and test phase of manufacture, ensuring that all documentation is updated and included within the boat manuals, and conduct dockside and sea trial testing of navigation equipment.
You will also be a professional communicator, upholding a positive working relationship as a liaison between the wider Test Team and our internal Design department to address challenges and implement best practice.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Applicants should possess advanced competency and understanding of marine electrical installations of AC and DC systems, and should be proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office features. You will need to hold a working understanding of computer networks and infrastructure, such as ethernet and wifi. Applicants will benefit from experience in the use of wireless media streaming, AV entertainment systems, and navigation systems, with a confidence in developing wireless control systems for internal features such as blinds and lighting.
