Join our Emerson Stavanger Factory in Norway as an Electronic Technician. In this position you will play a key role in assembly and testing of various subsea and downhole products manufactured in the Electronics laboratory.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

Experience with subsea or downhole electronics is preferred.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Bring concerns about safety to the attention of area management and intervene when seeing unsafe activities.
• Thoroughly documents all activities in defined report templates ensuring accurate quality documentation as applicable to a given process.
• Bring concerns about product and process quality to attention of area management. And report any problems, deviations, or proposals for improvements in the Quality system.Support in improving production documentation and reports to help improve quality, reduce process waste, and increase efficiency.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• Technical college or similar and certificate of apprenticeship as an electronic technician. Experience in lieu will be considered.
• Basic computer skills.
• High focus and knowledge of Health and Safety Principles.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written, visual, and verbal work instructions in English.
