Electronics Engineer (f/m/d) - fixed-term employment contract for 6-12 months

We are looking for an Electronics Engineer (f/m/d) with a fixed-term employment contract to support the electronics team to enable Quantum technologies. MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

• Minimum 4- 8 years of experience in high-performance Electronics Design including Digital, Analog and Embedded.
• Experience of PCB Design using ECAD (e.g., Altium, or similar).
• Use of spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes and VNA.
• Demonstrate a strong discipline for thorough documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Team Player.
• At least 2.1 BEng/BSc Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficient in German and English language.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• A background in one of RF engineering, Research, Metrology and instrumentation.
• Understanding of signal integrity, high-speed digital and EMC.
• Experience with C and/or scripting languages e.g., python and Matlab.
• Experience of Labview.
• Pragmatic approach to decision-making and design choices.
• Team and/or project management experience.
