Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an Electronics Engineer working on assignments that range from those involving standard practices and procedures to those that advance the state-of-the art or involve emerging technologies.
  • Provides Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) oversight support to system program managers.
  • Assigned tasks requiring a greater use of judgment in the application or adaptation of equipment, test procedures, methodology, models, and/or simulations for assignments that contain some unconventional characteristics.
  • Investigates and recommends to system program managers and decision-makers technologies and techniques to reduce vulnerabilities and enhance the survivability and lethality of these systems.
  • Perform soldier survivability assessments (SSvA) for system program managers.
