The role of Electronics EOL Test Engineer is based in our Lighting business group in Nový Jičín next to Ostrava.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Engineering (Physics, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar)
• A least 5 years of experience with technical and production-related project coordination as well as project management
• Profound knowledge of vb.net, NI TestStand, Minitab, etc.
• Strong knowledge of statistical evaluations of test results as MSA acc. VDA
• Knowledge of database and cloud-based solutions
• Able to work autonomously with a pronounced sense of own initiative
• Good knowledge English skills (written and oral)
• Self-confidence in combination with good communication skills and assertiveness
• Intercultural understanding and willingness to regular travelling abroad (approximately 30% of working hours)

• Participation in the company-wide harmonization of testing technology, testing software and processes
• Developing, testing and documenting of new concepts
• Supporting and cooperating closely with the research and product development department to secure the producibility with an adequate testing concept (Tools: DfT, FMDA)
• Planning, developing and building new testing technologies (low-, high voltage and photometric)
• Planning, developing and creating software-driven test-flows
• Introducing new products within the global testing system while complying with project-schedule
• Use of statistical tools to ensure the optimization of testing processes
• Documentation of product-specific test-flow
