Responsibilities:
- Ensure Equipment and process stability, responsible for Equipment Uptime and Efficiency.
- Tool owner of electroplating auxiliary tools, e.g. titrator etc.
- Manage spare parts inventory by balancing tool uptime / efficiency and cost.
- Create equipment skills matrix training documentation to improve maintenance technicians’ technical competency.
- Drive successful equipment preventive maintenance. Setup and Utilize FDC for Predictive Maintenance.
