Group/Division
With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design, KLA’s Global Products Group (GPG), which is responsible for creating all of KLA’s metrology and inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest research scientist, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers. The RAPID division is the world leading provider of reticle inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides inspection solutions to both the mask shops and the semiconductor fabs to ensure that lithography yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing.

Job Description

• Konstruktion von elektronischen und elektromechanischen Baugruppen
• Erstellung von Konstruktionsunterlagen (Anschlusspläne, Einbau- und Einzelteilzeichnungen, Installations- und Stromlaufpläne, Verkabelungspläne usw.)
• Komponenten- und Materialauswahl, Dimensionierung eingesetzter Bauteile und Risikoberechnungen
• Erstellung von Fertigungsunterlagen und Stücklisten
• Abstimmung mit Zulieferern über Änderungsanforderungen
• Beschaffung von Musterteilen
• Inbetriebnahme von Prototypen
• Funktions- und Integrationstest von Baugruppen
• Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Freigabe von Baugruppen für die Serienfertigung

Minimum Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektroniker (z.B. für Informations- und Systemtechnik, für Geräte und Systeme oder ähnliches) oder
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Elektronik / Elektrotechnik / Mechatronik
• Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Bereich Maschinenbau / Elektronik Konstruktion
• Sicherer Umgang mit AutoCAD und wünschenswert Erfahrungen mit 3D Design (z.B. Creo Parametrics)
• Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Aufgeschlossenes Mindset und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
