ELV PACKAGE MANAGER
Elusav have an exciting opening for an ELV Package Manager. This role is based in Germany for one of Europe’s leading Contractors who are renowned for their commitment to Quality & Safety. They innovate through leading edge construction solutions across multiple sectors, including Enterprise Data Centres, Advanced Technology & Life Sciences, Hyperscale Data Centres, Fire Protection, and Technical Support Services (TSS).
The ELV Package Manager will be responsible for the delivery of ELV Package for a DataCentre Construction Project.This is a permanent and long term opportunity. Organisation have great reputation, and strong culture, and known for looking after there staff, with low attrition rates and strong Remuneration packages. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with the initiative and skills to manage his/her workload to meet necessary deadlines. Excellent time management, prioritising and communications skills are essential.
REQUIREMENTS:
- An engineering qualification or relevant work experience
- Fluent English
- 5+ years previous experience in Project Management or Supervision
- Experience working with a Mechanical/Electrical contractor, experience with ELV systems to include security, mechanical systems
- Proven record of co-ordinating and managing projects
- Strong Electrical experience
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and Planning of resources including labour, materials and sub-con-tractors
- Manage and drive a team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
- Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
- Prepare relevant reports for Project Team
- Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
- Reporting on progress to Project Management Team
