Responsibilities:
- Set up and execute e-mail campaigns or workflow based e-mail automation according to specifications for high volume campaigns
- Create landing pages with Hubspot
- Segmentation of customers depending on scoring and grading
- Analyzing requirements and advising stakeholders on how to best implement their campaigns if required
- Proactive reporting on KPIs to our stakeholders and archiving of campaigns in Confluence for document traceability
- Execute thoughtful experimentation (A/B testing) to unlock high-impact campaigns, and leverage automation to improve engagement and retention throughout the customer lifecycle
- Maintaining an overview of current campaigns and prioritizing them with the involvement of stakeholders
- Regular presentation of current campaigns, results and derived recommendations for action to larger groups
- Sustainable customer segmentation according to requirements
