Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

The Email Marketing Assistant is a B2B marketing role, helping to develop and implement our growth marketing strategy across the MMR Group of companies. You will undertake a broad range of essential activities across campaigns, channels and platforms in order to ensure we deliver against business goals.
You will be looking to build your career in marketing and be highly self-motivated, organized and with high attention to detail. You will also have an analytical and creative streak – meaning you are able to come up with suggestions and new ideas for how to further develop the impact and effectiveness of our marketing. We believe great ideas can come from
anyone and anywhere!
You will be data-driven and metrics-focused, able to easily pick up the processes and technology platforms you’ll use in your role, and feel free to suggest others that could improve the way we operate. You will be joining a company with global growth aspirations and be working as part of a wider, truly global commercial and marketing team.
Responsibilities will vary (we promise it will never be dull!) across campaign management, and reporting/operations, but may include:

Developing effective marketing emails through copywriting, scheduling, and A/B testing.

  • Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for landing pages that aligns with the brand voice.
  • Assisting with the planning for webinars and events, communicating with relevant people internally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to understand campaign objectives.
  • Assist with the development of campaign plans.
  • Proofreading of event content, eBooks and blog posts.
  • Collating and analyzing email marketing results.
  • Setting up automation rules, workflows, lists and reports in HubSpot to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Liaising with designers and creative agencies to ensure creative assets are produced to a high standard.
  • Contributing creative and innovative ideas to improve marketing effectiveness as part of the team.
  • Analyze A/B test results and data metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and conversion optimization.
  • Report on email marketing efforts by utilizing HubSpot analytic tools to track and measure KPI’s such as open rates, click through rates, and conversion rates.
