As Email Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you would be part of our Growth Marketing Team, the Email Marketing Manager specializes in email marketing strategies that are central to nurturing leads, creating targeted email campaigns that move prospects through the sales funnel effectively. You will be working in SFMCAE+ Pardot Lightning and will have support for email development and content.
Key responsibilities include:

Lead Nurturing Strategy: Drawing on your nuanced understanding of the B2B buying cycle, you’ll develop sophisticated campaigns addressing the unique needs of B2B leads at each stage of their journey.
- Lead Scoring Optimization: Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement and refine lead scoring models based on email engagement metrics. You’ll enhance the process of identifying sales-ready leads, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives.
- Customer Acquisition and Personalization: Crafting email campaigns and consulting partners in creating that not only generate new leads but also convert them into customers. This includes leveraging personalized and targeted content that speaks directly to the needs and interests of potential buyers, increasing the likelihood of conversion.
- Customer Retention: Implementing strategic email communications aimed at keeping existing customers engaged and informed.
- Analytical Iteration: Track the performance of campaigns and automations to continually iterate on email strategies to ensure they are effectively contributing to the team’s growth objectives.
- Collaboration for Integration: Collaborating with various stakeholders within the marketing and sales teams to ensure that email marketing efforts are fully integrated with broader B2B growth strategies and aligned cross-channels.
By placing a special emphasis on B2B lead nurturing, the Email Marketing Manager is key in driving the success of the Growth Marketing Team’s efforts. This role is pivotal in leveraging email as a key tool for building relationships with prospects and customers, ultimately contributing to sustained business growth.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Email Marketing Manager in a scale-up or corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field
- Optional: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Account Engagement Specialist certification or a comparable training certificate preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) best practices and functionality.
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- More a teamplayer than a lone wolf
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization
- The position requires business fluent English and fluency in another EU language is seen as a great benefit
