  • In depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent market leading email marketing platform.
  • Experienced in large-scale email campaign sends, including personalised email campaigns and dynamic sends.
  • A knowledge and capability of HTML coding and previous testing experience (e.g. A/B testing) is required.
  • Strong problem solving skills, with an appetite to improve processes and ways of working.
  • Passionate about working with complex data and insights. Comfortable preparing analysis and reporting information for management.
  • An understanding of the role of email marketing in the overall marketing strategy and customer journey.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and written skills.
  • Experience of working with and managing third-party supplier / agency relationships.
  • Organised with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • An excellent eye for detail and good proof-reading skills.
  • Commercially aware with an interest in business.
  • Ability to form successful working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external agencies where appropriate across the group.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

Craft compelling campaigns that engage our multiple real estate audiences across the residential, commercial and rural sectors. You’ll be at the forefront of designing and executing strategic email marketing initiatives, ensuring every communication reflects the essence of Savills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the schedule and creation of email campaigns for Savills residential, commercial and rural departments including our market leading Savills Research department.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to ensure that all email campaigns are strategically aligned to business priorities.
  • Oversee email marketing executives in building, amending, proofing and distributing external email campaigns.
  • Optimise email campaigns where appropriate, making suggestions for improvement in line with business objectives.
  • Champion high performance within the email marketing division, and advise on best practice.
  • Proactively monitor campaign performance, develop dashboards, prepare reports, identify areas for improvement and maximise our email platform and its features.
  • Lead on audience segmentation and campaign targeting to engage both new and existing customers, and drive traffic and conversions.
  • Develop testing plans (such as AB testing) to optimise email performance.
