Description:

The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to engage, nurture, and convert our audience. This role will involve strategizing, creating, and analyzing email campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Our ideal candidate has experience in auto finance or automotive industry.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Understanding of SEO and its relationship to email marketing.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with mobile-responsive email design.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Create compelling email content, including copywriting, designing templates, and incorporating visuals.
  • Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and engagement.
  • Analyze email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the email marketing calendar to ensure timely and relevant communications.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve email marketing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act).
  • Perform other projects and tasks as assigned.
