The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, with proficiency in managing campaigns using SmartLead software. Additionally, expertise in personalizing email messaging through Clay and the ability to generate leads using tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in email marketing roles.
• Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms such as SmartLead or Instantly.
• Strong understanding of personalization techniques using Clay or similar tools.
• Experience in lead generation using scraping tools like Apollo & Zoominfo.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems and integration with email marketing platforms.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
