Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Leads the Implementation of eMAR integrations to develop timelines and working with key stakeholders and external eMAR vendors to ensure a successful integration leveraging AS/400 and or Framework application.
- Complete required implementation, validation checklists, and documentation for new interfaces.
- Review and coordinate implementation components and timelines with all customers, vendors, technology, and support teams to support pharmacy operating procedures in the facility.
- Identify and prioritize issues and concerns the document and communicate to leadership.
- Coordinate in-services, training, and audits in accordance with guidelines and best practice.
- Provides eMAR integration product support to new and existing customers as it relates to the implementation and/or integration process.
- Consult with internal teams, partner companies, new / existing customers, and third party system vendors.
- Problem solves, including field incoming requests, dealing with issues proactively, suggesting solutions that meet and exceeds customer’s needs.
- Remote into workstations / applications to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Provide post implementation and on-going eMAR / EHR interface integration support by working independently with customers for successful resolution.
- Performs other tasks as assigned
