Job Summary:
As member of the R&D team, you will join a highly effective, self-organizing agile team that develops new functionality for the Belden XTran platform. You will work together with project and product management, other development teams and the customer service organization.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Software Release Engineer to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the release of softwarefor the different platforms. The engineer will work closely with developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that all software deliverables are seamlessly released and meet the required standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the development teams in releasing their software by providing support in release management, documentation and automated release and test management
• Develop and maintain production test software
• Develop release automation scripts to further automate release processes
• Coordinate with software development staff and product owners to ensure that new software releases are stable and ready for release
• Coordinate with project management staff to ensure that the new release can be rolled out to our customers smoothly

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Professional Bachelor Electronics-ICT or Applied Computer Science
• Knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of C#
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Ability to multi-task
• You like working in an embedded Linux environment and a Windows environment and in an agile development environment
• Punctual and detail-oriented
• Flexible
• Enjoy taking challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
