MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Deliver sales training programs to new hires, existing sales teams and our distributor partners.
- Promote use of competency model for skills development planning and field coaching.
- Partner with GCCP, sales leaders and local HR/L&D to identify solutions to close new hire and existing sales people’s skills and capabilities gaps as identified throughout training assessments and personal development plans.
- Regular communication with regional sales and marketing leadership to have a clear understanding of market evolution and associated changes in skills required for success.
- Regular travel (>50%) to subsidiaries for training delivery and follow-up

Responsibilities:
This role will work with the regional commercial leadership team to drive execution of initiatives designed to equip bioMérieux’s commercial customer facing teams with the necessary skills to deliver and exceed bioMérieux’s ambitious growth and revenue targets. The main responsibility of this role is to adapt and deliver training programmes and curricula focused on account leadership, value selling, price negotiation and effective use of commercial enablers including CRM.
