JOB DESCRIPTION

The EMEA Client Computing Group (CCG) Business Operations team provides revenue, supply, pricing and programs support to help EMEA Sales and Marketing Group (SMG) deliver to their revenue and margin targets. In EMEA CCG Business Operations team; we supports a range of customers including multi-nationals MNC, distribution channel partners and Original equipment Manufacturers (OEM) in established and new business areas. Working collaboratively with our global CCG Revenue and Supply teams, the Geographical Business Manager is responsible for the business management, revenue forecast/reporting and supply chain process of Intel products for EMEA.

As the EMEA CCG Geographical Business Manager; your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Managing all customers’ CCG supply escalations for the EMEA region, including working with HQ and other stakeholders to resolve supply gaps.
  • Continually assessing and ensuring that the mix/volume of CCG supply is aligned to deliver to (or exceed) POR.
  • Partnering with Customer Business Operation and Pricing managers to fairly distribute supply allocations, supporting deals, customer demand request and supply requirements.
  • Maximising supply utilization across the organization by partnering with other Business units/regions to utilize any excess allocation.
  • Collating and delivering supply updates to SMG management team, field and customers.
  • Identifying and implementing supply process improvements to increase internal efficiencies and better service levels to our customers.
  • Forecasting EMEA CCG billings for the current quarter - utilizing both qualitative and quantitative sources.
  • Collaborating with Pricing Managers to forecast expected rebates/net revenue.
  • Providing regular revenue updates to key internal stakeholders on POR status and insights into regional/customer/product/vertical trends that are driving any upsides or deficits to the target; this will also require working with field stakeholders to understand the reasons for these trends , whilst providing recommend corrective actions to management.
  • Supporting and resolving any revenue classification requests and enquiries for the region

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years of business, finance or operational experience

  • Fluent in both verbal and written English
  • An advanced working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office suite. Usage of Advance Analytics (like PowerBI) would be advantageous.
  • Strong customer focus and good business acumen to drive the business forward
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, influencing, networking and communication skills
  • Flexibility to deal with ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt style and content appropriately for the audience
