Responsibilities:
- Support EMEA markets with their go-to market strategy and commercial activitites
- Support execution of Sysmex strategy and business development through information processing, business intelligence and advisory
- Business/ project management (e.g. price and profitability analysis, monitoring of competitive landscape, etc.) in line with strategic objectives
- Drive a culture of continous improvement together with commercial organisations in EMEA, leveraging feedback and data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of commercial teams in EMEA, ensuring alignment with best practices and organisational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, IT/digital and operations to align roll-out of commercial strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, strategic partners and internal teams to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives
