As EMEA Personalisation manager you will play an important role in setting and delivering the strategy for growth in the region via ensuring we have optimised onsite experiences and plans in each market.

Dyson is a fast paced and agile company. The below is an example of your main accountabilities but is not a complete list.

  • Delivering onsite personalization: Working directly and with others to deliver on site personalized journeys on our top EMEA Dyson.com sites. This will include being hands on working with our merchandising tools and systems to make changes on our website and delivering through others.
  • Lead and define process for scaling approaches across markets: Define and share how we will scale proven personalisation journeys across a complex region of markets and teams.
  • Analysing performance: Reviewing through data what is working and what isn’t, proactively analysing performance to improve revenue delivery.
  • Continuous improvement: Working with global and local teams on test and learn and scaling the outcome. Be curious through data on trailing new ways to drive revenue on site while ensuring we are on brand at all times.
  • A/B testing: Working with the broader EMEA team, global and market teams on delivering against our A/B testing roadmap.
  • Working with creative and brand teams: Ensuring that Ecommerce has the assets and creative needed to deliver against our personalisation and optimisation ambition. Use data to inform and drive improved performance of creative and ultimately feed into a brief of what s needed.
  • Feed into future roadmap and onsite enhancements: Work with global teams on solutions for the future, represent the markets and regional team in global forums ensuring the needs of the region are being including into global solutions.
  • Delivering on site optimisation: Throughout the year work with regional and market teams to improve conversion through onsite optimisation tools.
  • Stay up to date on external trends in Ecommerce and personalization, bring best practice from the outside in

Responsibilities:

At Dyson our Owner is central to everything we do. Your role will make sure that owners are getting fantastic experience, every day on our eCommerce platforms. You’ll work with teams to ensure our Personalisation and Optimisation ambition and strategy is both executed and performing. You’re accountable for putting in place fixes where needed and sharing best practice across markets to accelerate performance. Ultimately this role is about delivering onsite every day, both through rolling up your leaves and working directly in our systems and in delivering through others.

About you

  • Minimum of 6+ years hands on experience in optimizing onsite journeys for conversion and revenue.
  • Has previously worked in a fast-paced retail/ D2C /sales environment.
  • Previous experience working with global and regional structure in a brand with detailed creative guidelines.
  • Experience working with Adobe, previous experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target is beneficial.
  • Comfortable with analytics tools. Previous experience with either Adobe and Google is needed.
  • Experience working managing and leading teams in a matrixed structure.
  • Experience working with premium/luxury categories is a bonus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communicator: Able to clearly communicate technical issues in a simple laymen’s terminology.
  • Keen eye for detail particularly within a digital setting
  • Has a bias for action and to get things done, at pace, with a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in English, an additional EMEA language is beneficial.
