About The Role
As Talent Acquisition Manager for Germany, this role will have a dual focus of managing a small recruitment team and delivering Directors and Senior Director level recruitment in Germany.
In addition to managing a small team, you will support the continuing growth of FTI Consulting in Germany by recruiting a diverse population of Directors and Senior Directors across different segments. This is an opportunity for an individual with proven, hands-on recruitment experience who is interested in the challenge of recruiting for a breadth of skills and enjoys people management and development. This role reports into the EMEA Talent Acquisition Leader.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting
- Experience driving recruitment projects with a strong focus on process, and driving behaviours
- Experience utilizing CRM/ATS systems
- Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint
- Fluent in German
Responsibilities:
Stakeholder management
- Developing strong stakeholder relationships in Germany across segments
- Working closely with the EMEA Talent Acquisition Leader to set the strategy for your Germany – ensuring that cultural differences, candidate and competitor landscapes are considered to create a competitive proposition and attract the best talent to the firm.
- Handling issues and escalations
- Driving recruitment KPI’s around talent plan, agency reliance and diversity
Managing a team
- Motivating, developing and leading the recruitment team. Growing this team in line with the growth hiring ambition for Germany
- Developing a team culture where agility is embraced
- Coaching and developing team members to maximise their potential and career development
Recruitment
- Continuing to recruit, mainly at Director and Senior Director level and leading your team by example.
- Develop a direct sourcing focused recruitment approach for current hiring needs as well as future and opportunistic needs
- Managing the end to end recruitment process and ensuring that it progresses in a timely manner with candidate and stakeholder informed at all stages
- Share insights gained from candidate discussions on our markets, highlighting challenges and opportunities relating to recruitment with stakeholders
- Driving referrals, networking, sharing FTI stories via Linked In, advising hiring managers on how to use their networks to generate candidates
- Extend and negotiate offers
