The purpose of this role is to support the Commissions and wider FC&A team within EMEIA Sales Finance.

DESCRIPTION

This role will be split working on both Commissions and the URM team. Within Commissions, you will work with the Commissions analyst to coordinate, build and maintain the quarterly target process. This involves mapping of commission plans and territory targets, liaising with regional business analysts and WW teams. The role will also involve analysis and presentation on a quarterly basis of target and business attainment as well as making recommendations to senior executives for commissions treatment. This role will play a role in enhancing the existing commissions process, working with the EMEIA Sales Finance Reporting team to automate stages of the process to make efficiencies. You will support URM more broadly depending on the priorities and requirements within the team, covering tasks such as sell-in management and revenue forecasting.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, focussed on the small details to drive accuracy
  • Proven Excel experience, comfortable to work with large data sets to visualise findings.
  • Highly analytical, with ability to offer solutions based recommendations.
  • Accomplished presentation skills, being able to tell your story in a structured way.
  • Innovative team based player, with forward-thinking approach that strives for operational improvements.
  • Knowledge of how to automate processes with ability to use tools such as Datakit & Dataiku an advantage, or the ability to learn this whilst in the roleProficient in spoken and written English, with another language an advantage.
