Emergency Department - Clinical Practice Educator

Promote, demonstrate, educate and encourage excellence in non-technical skills including high quality, effective communication skills within the ED. Communicate with a wide range of staff using a variety of methods to promote and deliver educational opportunities. Promote educational activities and programmes and act as point of contact within the organisation for queries and advice relating to these. Work closely with leaders and managers across the organisation to plan and deliver programmes to meet the educational needs of our clinical staff.
Act as a role model for staff members by demonstrating and displaying the trust values. The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people , vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and promote safeguarding by implementing the Trusts policies and procedures, acting promptly on concerns, communicating effectively and sharing information appropriately. If successful this vacancy will require an enhanced DBS check at a cost of £41.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salaryIn addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13
