Description:
Provide a friendly, caring and efficient reception service to our Emergency Floor
To provide a calm, friendly and welcoming reception to Emergency Floor incorporating A and E, Emergency Assessment Unit and Ambulatory and Emergency Care.

Band 2 Receptionists - Emergency Department (AEC (Ambulatory Emergency Care) / EAU (Emergency Assessment Unit) / A&E (Accident & Emergency) / Guildford Ward
Evening /Twilight Receptionist – Evenings 17.00-22.00pm / Twilights 22.00-02.00am
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team working in Emergency Care. The Emergency Department is a friendly, exciting place to work currently undergoing a large transformational project with exciting new developments and opportunities.
We are looking for Receptionists to work on our friendly reception desks in the Emergency Department. The successful candidates will undertake a variety of reception duties including working on our A&E, AEC, EAU & Guildford Ward Reception and processing Patient data. You will also act as a focal point of communication between Patients, Ambulance Crews and Medical / Clinical staff.
The successful candidates will have a friendly and professional attitude, good IT and organisational skills and be able to accurately complete / input data. The successful candidate will also need to be able to deal with difficult and stressful situations with courtesy and empathy.
