  Our client, a reputable healthcare provider in the Nelson, Tasman, and Marlborough regions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Medicine Physician to join their devoted team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with an FACEM qualification or equivalent, looking to make a meaningful contribution in a community-centred environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The role of the Emergency Medicine Physician within our client’s organisation is pivotal. As the first point of contact for patients in critical need, you will handle a wide array of medical cases from minor injuries to urgent emergencies.

REQUIREMENTS

• FACEM or equivalent specialist qualification in emergency medicine.
• Eligibility for vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand in the scope of emergency medicine

• Provide immediate, effective medical attention to patients presenting with a broad range of health issues.
• Collaborate proactively with an interdisciplinary team to formulate and implement patient care plans.
• Continuously update medical knowledge and participate in educational opportunities to deliver the highest standard of care.
