Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the emergency nurse practitioner team. We will be offering a Band 7 “Annex U” training contract.
(Opportunity dependant on experience)
To operate autonomously, assess, diagnose, treat and discharge patients within scope of practice. (Emergency Nurse Practitioner)
Refer patients to specialist clinical teams when appropriate
To be responsible for the management and leadership of the Unit on a daily basis.
Carries out nursing procedures.
Provides clinical leadership and mentorship to other staff and students.
Manages staff, including appraisal, rotas, recruitment and selection.
Deputise for Clinical Matron in her absence.
Authorised signatory for time sheets.
