As a Deal Strategy Associate on our Revenue Operations team, your role will be crucial in ensuring our sales team receives accurate quotes that are aligned with Blend’s pricing strategies and revenue goals. This position requires not only meticulous attention to detail but also a deep understanding of the Blends product offerings and pricing, which is critical to maintaining our trust and relationship with the sales team and other cross-functional teams.
We are looking for a highly motivated professional who is a recent university graduate to support the sales quote and order process. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys identifying ways to improve processes, demonstrates an exceptional ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and has a readiness to learn attitude that can adapt quickly in a dynamic and evolving environment.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • We are seeking a recent university graduate who can maintain a detail-oriented mindset while multitasking
  • Someone who is detail oriented, proficient in reviewing contract documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with company policies on a monthly basis
  • An individual who has demonstrated the ability to work effectively in a team environment with diverse stakeholders across departments
  • An effective collaborator who can work with multiple teams and is always looking for answers and eager to learn
  • A self-starter mentality and a desire to make a positive, lasting impact
  • Excellent communication skills in team interactions and ensuring effective collaboration with counterparts and the sales team
  • Ability to handle peak order volume to meet end-of-month and end-of-quarter deadlines

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Salesforce. Candidates are expected to have the capability to be able to edit and format documents, create quotes, and make updates to opportunities in Salesforce and CPQ
  • The ability to review contracts and order forms for detecting discrepancies, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining uniformity
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple requests simultaneously
  • Flexibility to adjust to changes in quoting processes, product offerings, or software systems
  • Capability to troubleshoot quote issues, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
