Description:

Blend is a diverse team of problem solvers who believe that the world’s financial resources should be more accessible. Our cloud banking platform is used by Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, and over 330 other financial services firms to acquire more customers, increase productivity, and deliver end-to-end digital experiences. Our software enables our customers to process an average of more than $5 billion in loans per day, making it possible for consumers to reach their financial goals faster and lead better lives. Come do work that matters.
Our company has developed “Blend Builder,” a cutting-edge low-code platform designed to enhance our ability to innovate, create, and deploy solutions for our customers. This platform is at the core of our company’s digital transformation and is a key driver of our success. We are excited to provide coaching, mentorship, and training to individuals who can become experts on this platform and contribute to our company’s growth.
As an expert on Blend Builder, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions that meet our customers’ needs. You will work closely with our team to identify customer requirements, develop code using the low-code platform, and deploy solutions that meet customer expectations. You will also have the opportunity to provide input into the platform’s development, ensuring that it continues to meet our customers’ needs and evolves with changing technologies.
In this role, we seek individuals at the beginning of their career journey and with limited professional experience. We welcome recent graduates or those with basic knowledge and a strong desire to learn and grow in this role. You should have a basic understanding of programming concepts and be willing to learn new technologies and programming languages as needed. We provide ongoing training and support to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to succeed in this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team and contribute to our company’s success. If you are motivated, dedicated, and passionate about technology, we encourage you to apply for this role and join our team.
