• Propose and implement continuous improvement actions in close relation to production, maintenance, engineering, development, and quality departments
• Being in charge of a part of the production process
• Participate in the development of the LEAN manufacturing program
• Develop and implement new processes for future products
• Report directly to Line Managers
• Successfully completed Master’s degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent)
• Practice of LEAN manufacturing is appreciated
• Ability to work independently
• Flexible and rigorous work approach
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in the automotive industry
• 2-5 years of experience in an industrial environment is a plus
• Fluency in English and French, German is an advantage
• Affinity with numbers and figures
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
