As we continue to grow, we are now looking for an Employee Communication and Engagement Manager (global role). The position is permanent and located in Stockholm, Sweden.
In this role you will be develop and leading the implementation of the employee communications strategy for Epassi companies across Europe, including key messaging, communication channels, infrastructure and tactics. You be working in close collaboration with our People & Culture team, Marketing team and other stakeholders across Europe. Altogether we are currently over 550 Epassians, in seven countries and growing rapidly into new markets!

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with key stakeholders across our businesses to ensure that all employee communication is aligned with business objectives and supports the company’s brand, culture and strategy.
Drive a powerful and transparent ‘one company’ narrative while recognising and celebrating the nuances and needs of individual brands, functions, leaders and locations.
Create and deliver internal communications content through consistent messaging and integration of all employee communications channels and solutions e.g. print, podcasts, Townhalls, Slack, intranet, newsletters etc.
Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture and a stronger brand.
Support People & Culture team to drive the overall people agenda, including employee value proposition, employee engagement survey communication and stimulating recruitment by showcasing Epassi Group and its companies as an employer of choice.
Design content and oversee implementation for D&I, cultural, wellbeing related communication and initiatives.
Coordinate internal global events, townhalls and other initiatives to promote our brand, employee engagement and strengthen the company culture.
Maintain and develop the company’s internal communication tools (e.g. owner of intranet), ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the company’s goals and values.
Create and implement ongoing strategic metrics, both qualitative and quantitative to measure success and impact of employee communications strategy.
Work in-line with brand guidelines and tonality, and collaborate closely the Marketing team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Around +7 years of employee communications experience preferably in a global organisation preferably within the technology sector.
Operate as a respected business partner, not simply taking direction, but driving communications programmes, providing valuable counsel, advice and appropriate pushback.
Change management experience including organisational and cultural change.
Technology savvy. Able to harness all types of media/channels that will engage our internal audiences.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Creative, persuasive and diplomatic when presenting ideas.
Experience with content creation and delivery (i.e. email, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations).
Strong organisational and project management skills with a focus on planning, setting priorities, managing process, and delivering results under tight time constraints.
A strong team player, who thrives in a collaborative setting and works well within a matrixed environment.
Enthusiastic, creative and resourceful. An energetic self-starter, willing to take initiative with confidence.
Native or excellent verbal and written English, all other languages are an advantage.
