Job Responsibilities :
As an Employee Engagement and Communications Intern, you will support a dynamic and fast-paced People team in delivering employee engagement and well-being projects through effective communication strategies and execution. You will have the opportunities to contribute significantly to building Razer as a Great Place to Work and A Place to Do Great Work, while applying your knowledge and skillsets to deliver practical solutions with global outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and draft internal communication assets, including but not limited to EDMs, videos, and podcasts for HR-related announcements, company policies, and initiatives using impactful multimedia materials.
- Support, organize, and execute the monthly HR Events Calendar, brainstorming and planning for upcoming events and projects.
- Maintain and enhance internal communication platforms, such as intranet portals and communication channels.
- Assist in Employer Branding efforts, including creating assets, submitting awards, and copywriting.
- Review and improve existing communication channels and methods.
- Support intern onboarding and engagement activities.
- Provide assistance in employee relations matters, including addressing employee inquiries.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites :
- Background in Marketing, Communications, and/or Multimedia.
- Strong command of English, particularly in copywriting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or other multimedia design tools.
- Social media savvy, offering a unique Gen Z perspective to complement Employer Branding efforts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong aptitude for learning and acquiring new skills.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months for maximized learning exposure.
