Description:

This role is integral in coordinating the Program Management Office, providing programme oversight and reporting. It’s instrumental in the ongoing development of the organisation’s project management processes, methods and tools and producing insightful reporting across the portfolio of projects relevant to the needs of management and the Board Strategic Projects and ICT committee. The role will also support project managers to understand and adhere to the project management framework.
This is a full-time position with a standard 38-hour work week, and you have the flexibility to choose between our Brisbane Administration Office or Townsville Head Office as your work location.
About You
Responsibilities:
- Proficient in project management tools/software and excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective time management skills and flexible to changing priorities
- Strong customer service delivery and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge in project management practices
- Proficient in document management processes
- Sound understanding of change control processes, issues and risks, and document management processes
- Qualifications in Project Management or related field
- Demonstrated experience implementing PMO processes, methodologies, and tools
