Description:
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a strategic, energetic, people-oriented and diligent Employee Experience Coordinator who will play a key role in executing our People Team strategy through managing and leading our global onboarding processes. This person will have a passion for creating a best-in-class employee experience and loves organizing processes and executing on ideas. The position will report to the Manager, People and focus on creating a positive employee journey and learning environment for our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the administration of the NP Digital global onboarding process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance for all global new hires
- Maintain record of all personnel status changes in our HRIS system and ensure proper approvals and documentation
- Coordinate with global payroll providers to enroll new hires prior to start date
- Support a great onboarding experience by leading weekly orientation meetings
- Process and route mail and voice messages to ensure timely response
- Address and assign employment verification requests
- Participate in annual HR strategic planning to establish critical initiatives to support our company and employees
- Ensure that we follow and comply with employment laws and established company policy
- Identify and escalate potential risks and challenging situations
- Provide support with reporting, audit and data integrity initiatives
- Participate in supporting and leading initiatives that foster an inclusive and exciting work environment, including regular educational and awareness programs
