With our continued growth, we are recruiting for an Employee Experience / Engagement Coordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, based at our new company head quarters in Basildon. The role is about embedding our company culture and values through the design and implementation of employee engagement and communications initiatives, which motivate and engage our people, and support the business to achieve its company goals. In return, you will receive a starting salary of up to £30,000 along with a generous company benefits package..
