Your role
What you’ll be doing
Corpay^ is currently looking to hire an Employee Experience Partner within the CCS Employee Experience division. This position falls under our CCS line of business based in Prague, Czech Republic.
This is a full-time permanent role working 5 days a week onsite (some flexibility to work from home) and working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Ideal candidate must speak Czech and English.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Partner closely with the Employee Experience Managers to build and execute a world class employee journey.
  • Supporting employees and managers in HR practices across all Corpay^ business areas and locations especially in relation to salary and benefits, recruitment & induction, employee relations, on boarding & off boarding, processes in HRIS (amongst other areas).
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with the VP Employee Experience EU, India and APAC, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders.
  • Report on project progress and status.
  • Conducting HR assessments and making recommendations considering employee experience.
  • Make recommendations on replacing or improving existing ineffective systems or processes.
  • Design, coordinate, and facilitate HR project team meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation of meeting discussion, and follow up items/ongoing communication about project decisions and status reports.

Skills and experience we’d like you to have:

  • Czech Language is a must.
  • Service-minded and enjoys being in the front line working directly with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • HR project management experience.
  • Experience with Workday is essential.
  • Ability to work across a matrix environment and happy to work across a global business with multiple time zones.
  • Foresee issues before they arise and continuously work to ensure conflicts or disengagement does not happen.
  • Exposure to business mergers and acquisitions and the HR integration planning required.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills and coaching.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and solutions oriented.
  • Comfortable with high levels of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change and growth.
  • A sense of humour

Nice to have:

  • Experience in providing support for multiple countries (shared services).
  • Experience working with a US based organization that has international satellite office locations.
  • Experience in HR transformation & change programs across countries.
  • Experience with HRIS implementations in multiple countries.
