Description:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • college or university degree
  • 3+ years of working experience
  • outstanding written and verbal communication skills, in English and in Hungarian
  • stable knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • participate in the continuous development of the employee journey framework, with the aim of enhancing the OTP employee experience
  • design and operate new listening tools and solutions
  • understand and follow the latest trends in Employee Experience (EX) and listening space
  • conceptual development of a recognition framework at OTP Group level
  • coordination and operational support of recognition activites (processes, events, awards)
  • implementation of a digital platform supporting recognition

In this role you will be responsible for

  • designing and operating the employee journey framework: aligning employees and company goals with leadership roles in key moments, assigning listening channels and metrics, so we can make our people priorities more targeted and achieve a greater impact;
  • developing a recognition framework so that employees feel and experience that their loyalty, value-based behavior, and outstanding performance are important and recognized
