This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Reward function. In this key role, you will provide specialised rewards expertise.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

Leading the design, development, and implementation of reward programs, including providing options, guidance and advice to the business.
Owning key stakeholder relationships within the ANZ business and collaborating with senior business leaders, including in the delivery of our annual performance and remuneration review.
Looking for opportunities to design and deliver innovative solutions that are aligned with business strategy and improve the employee experience.
Contributing to regulatory compliance activities including the implementation of requirements. Taking a human centred approach, engaging with a broad range of employee groups and ensuring that their needs are represented in the design of solutions, while meeting ANZ policy and regulatory requirements.
Being a passionate ambassador for our way of working and culture.
What will your day look like
Support the integration of different reward programs across ANZ Group. Some activities you may work on include:
Leading the development of communication and engagement material for various different stakeholders, and lead employee query management.
Lead the development of Remuneration Harmonisation Options Modeling to support EBA negotiations and remuneration harmonization efforts for the fiscal year 2026.
Support salary survey submissions, including leading the analysis of market data and conducting annual reviews of pay ranges.
Provide necessary support as required for the design and implementation of reward programs into SuccessFactors, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
Oversee manual recognition processes and manage the recognition program to foster Gateway, a culture of acknowledgment and appreciation.
Manage ongoing vendor relationships and support salary sacrifice programs to ensure efficient operations and compliance.
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong remuneration experience & demonstrated leadership in the design and implementation of remuneration and reward frameworks and core remuneration activities (e.g. remuneration consulting, market analysis).
A passion and curiosity for the employee experience and demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative end-to-end people solutions in a complex environment.
Strong collaboration and relationship management experience with stakeholders (including Talent & Culture, senior business leaders, external vendors and with broad employee groups).
Proven project management and planning skills to lead initiatives, both within the remuneration function and at times more broadly across Talent & Culture.
Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to leverage available data to tell a story & develop insights into employee and business needs and behaviour, ensuring they are represented in the design of solutions.
Sound knowledge of the regulations and laws impacting remuneration, with financial industry and multi geography remuneration experience desirable
A growth mindset and a willingness to proactively seek out opportunities to broaden & deepen your experience and expertise.
Interest and experience in coaching and developing others, as well as being responsive and flexible in an, at times, changing environment.
