Description:
An attractive work place in the Global Business Services (GBS) spoke of Swarovski, based in San José, Costa Rica. The GBS develops and delivers high quality multi-functional services, provides functional expertise and ensures a continuous improvement of its process portfolio, together with the GBS Office in Gdansk, Poland, the regional GBS Office in APAC and local organizations across the globe.
WHAT WE EXPECT
We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:
- 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
- Relevant experience in payroll processes a plus
- Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish B2+/C1 level
- Experience in Workday is a plus
- Basic level of Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team orientation and ability to work and interface effectively with all levels of the organization
- Innovative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
Responsibilities:
- Perform and support all employee lifecycle related processes from hire to retire (such as onboarding, probation, training, inquiries etc.)
- Deliver best in class HR Service support to employees and business managers, oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders
- Support activities related to annual global processes such as performance and compensation
- Maintain good data quality in HR systems related to employee lifecycle and support reportin
