YOUR SKILLS & STRENGTHS:
- Relevant experience in the HR field, preferably in SSC/BPO (at least 5 years)
- Higher education (HR, Psychology, Sociology)
- Advanced English language skills (min. B2)
- Very deep knowledge of Polish employment law
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Project Management skills would be a plus
- Good organizational skills and time management
- Excellent people skills: communicative and open to new challenges.
- Competency in the use of Microsoft Office to include strong Excel skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support HR on local level in implementation of HR Next
- Support employees with HR applications and tools
- Support communication with employees in HR topics
- Go to person for employees on local level
- Supports SSC with individual and personal requests
- Supports local tasks and initiatives as needed
- Coordination of local HR projects
