ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to join our IR/ER team based at our head office in Kelvin Grove on an 8-month contract. It’s an exciting time to be part of our team at Bolton Clarke, with work that creates a real impact across our organisation. This is a dynamic role, but you’ll thrive in a team that is collaborative and values your expertise. Stepping into this role, your key focus will be managing complex employee and industrial relations cases. As a subject matter expert, you will play a key role in enterprise bargaining negotiations and skilfully handling industrial matters.

Key activities:

• Lead enterprise bargaining negotiations, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes for employees and the organisation
• Provide comprehensive guidance on the interpretation of People & Culture policy, industrial instruments, National Employment Standards and legislation
• Provide valuable coaching and upskilling to leaders and People & Culture employees to strengthening the overall employee relations framework
• Foster positive relationships with unions and industrial bodies
• Support change management and consultation processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
