This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for an Employee Relations Business Partner. We seek an experienced HR professional with the ability to partner and collaborate at all levels. The Employee Relations Business Partner will leverage strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of employment law to professionally manage all employee relations issues. This is a full-time hybrid position and can be based in Denver, Co or Belmont, CA.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5+ years of HR experience in the area of employee relations and experience conducting workplace investigations
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, employment-related laws and compliance requirements
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent planning, organization and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Ability to objectively communicate with employees and management through complex and difficult issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Maintaining case management/tracking tools
  • Analyzing employee relations trends and helping to develop proactive strategies, solutions, and practices

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a global multi location technology company preferred
  • Master’s degree in HR or related field

If you are hired in Belmont, the compensation range for this position is between $ 88,550 and $ 126,500 and if you are hired in Denver, the compensation range for this position is between $ 74,900 and 107,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
