This role will work with the Australian /NZ teams and support Malaysia, Singapore and China.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for cultivating and delivering the company employee relations strategy, function and service across the business. Yu will be the subject matter expert in employee relations, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, as well as managing matters end-to-end.

You will be accountable for :

  • Strategy
  • Heavy focus on Enterprise bargaining agreement
  • Best practice employee relations practice and solutions
  • Managing new contracts, any visa required, relocations
  • Manage workers compensation- return to work strategyManaging workplace litigation matters

To be successful in this role , you will enjoy a fast paced environment. You will be onsite in the support office in Hawthorn location, 5 days a week. You will have the following qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in human resources with a focus on employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential employee relations issues.Strong organizational and time-management skills
