Description:
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and how to practically apply it within a fast-paced organisation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Analytical with good attention to detail when reviewing data and process
- Ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy whilst achieving timescales
- High computer literacy including advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- Chartered CIPD (or equivalent)
