OUR CLIENT
We are working with a trusted and global client who is dominating the commercial real estate services sector. They are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join the team immediately on a 6 month temporary contract with a view to go permanent.
Responsibilities:
As a successful Employee Relations Specialist, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Supports People Business Partners and Business Leaders in effectively manage business mattering matters and ER cases such as, but not limited to Performance Management, Grievances, Misconduct, Investigations and any employee disputes.
- Supports People Business Partners and Legal to design, develop and implement ER related strategies that support business plans.
- Provides advice and guidance regarding legislation and industrial instruments such as modern awards.
- Develops, implements, and manages company’s employment related compliance activities.
- Coach managers on policy, procedures and best practices in enhancing capabilities and confidence of leaders in managing ER and other People matters.
- Partner with People Centers of Excellence and People Business Partners in compliance requirements, audits implementation, monitors progress, and responds to audits.
- The Assignment: Temp to Perm (OR Temp - WHV candidates welcome to apply)
- Location: Sydney CBD (Flexibility to wfh included)
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Salary: $60 - $75/hour + superannuation
