Medcor is looking to hire a full-time Employee Screening Services Management Trainee to work in our McHenry, IL corporate office. This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work in the McHenry office three days per week. The work hours will be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Under close guidance, the Management Trainee will participate in a rigorous training program encompassing various aspects of the business such as operational workflow, client management, people management and regulatory compliance. The role is responsible for successfully gaining and applying the essential knowledge, skills and capabilities necessary to assume and succeed in mid- level manager role.
This position will be a multi-tasking function that supports leadership, troubleshoots, creates new solutions, and daily operational and support.
