We are currently looking for Employer Branding Analyst to join us, to build One Identity’s employer brand: to make it more attractive to both internal colleagues and external candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • You will have the freedom to coordinate content creation, uploading and updating of employer branding related Facebook page and different external sites.
  • You will be empowered to provide organizational and administrative tasks related to Employer Branding activities.
  • You will be committed to finding and introducing new employer branding opportunities and tools to promote the One Identity brand in the labor market externally, and to the employees internally.
  • You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • You will be empowered to manage external and internal events for Employer Branding purposes.
  • You will be committed to participate actively in the preparation and implementation of social media campaigns sometimes in close cooperation with the Marketing department.
  • You will have the freedom to maintain the company’s relevant social media platforms from employer branding perspective.
  • You will be empowered to plan and keep the approved Employer Branding budget.
  • You will be committed to participate in the ‘attractive job’ project.

Qualifications:

  • You will have college or university degree on a relevant field like Economics or Marketing, or any other relevant field.
  • You will have 1+ years relevant experience in Employer Branding or in a similar area.

OTHER SKILLS:

  • You should have solid English language knowledge.
  • You should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • You will have proactive and driving attitude, with a result-oriented focus.
  • You are able to work independently and effectively with different connections.
  • You should have good event organization and project management skills.
