MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Associate’s degree and three or more years of related experience. Experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements. Grade 3 (Hourly)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of campus recruiting and employer relations for the University Career Center. Serve as primary contact for employers interested in recruiting through the Center, explaining services, and making appropriate referrals to other campus offices. Communicate with employers about the vetting and approval process and answer recruiting system usage questions.� Produce accurate and timely reports on recruiting metrics. �Coordinate the planning and implementation of career events such as career fairs.� Serves on the Employer Engagement Team and as primary back up for front office coverage.� This is an in-person position from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, 7.5 hours a day for a total of 37.5 hours a week.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience in career services coordinating recruiting functions with proficiency in recruiting systems and career center technologies preferred.�
Wage minimum $18.56/hr
