An internationally recognised, forward-thinking firm is seeking an Employment Partner to join its expanding North-West operation. This unique opportunity is perfect for a Legal Director or Partner ready to take the next step in their career within a Top 30 law firm.

As an Employment Partner, you will play a pivotal role in growing the Manchester team. You will handle a broad spectrum of employment law issues for a diverse range of clients, from commercial entities to private individuals. Your responsibilities will include dealing with Employment Tribunals, Covenant Disputes, TUPE, Whistleblowing and data protection. You will also contribute significantly to the team’s ambitious growth plans. If you have a focus on business development or wish to expand your practice with a specific client type - be it SMEs, large enterprises or public sector entities - this role offers the support and platform for you to do so.
